which is sad because I just hit losing 15 pounds. But, I’ve heard eating more to shock my body will help, so that whats I’m trying. I bumped my calorie intake from 1400 to 1700, and hopefully in four days (I started on friday) I will have shocked my body enough to lose weight.
Fingers crossed, because I did set that goal of losing another 10ish pounds by the end of May. And I would still like to complete it.Posted 1 year ago · 1 note
