FAQ
I actually went to go pick up my contacts first then got to talking to my friend who was working. I actually ended up talking for an hour… Ouch. But now I’m here, currently on the bike for 30 minutes or so!
I haven’t been in a month or so because I lost my gym tag and didn’t have the money to pay for it until yesterday. So now I’m going to go and bike my butt off. :D
As soon as I started running my legs got sore. I’m assuming from the bike ride I went on yesterday. Anyway, I walked 32 minutes and burned 471 calories.
So when the Portugal vs Denmark game is over I’m going to go run then come back by the Gemany vs Netherlands game. :D
Ive had a lot of drama in my life the past week or so which has kept me away from tumblr. I have also been busy with work and such, but I am back now I promise. :)
that after binging for a week, I did super well today. I ate 1550 calories, burned 500 and ate extremely well throughout the day. I’m super proud of myself :)
Also, I updated my FAQ, for anyone who cares.
I’m seriously so disappointed in myself. I think it’s because I didn’t get my period for 2 months because my prescription for birth control ended 3 months ago and because I was on it for 3 years, it fucked my hormones up badly not taking it for 3 months. So this whole week I’ve been binging before and during my period, which I finally got two days ago.
I’ve also gained 5 pounds back, but 2 or 3 might just be water weight from getting my period. Hopefully.
I’m just so mad at myself… I set a goal that I wanted to lose at least 20 pounds before the One Direction concert, which is in 4 days. And I’ve managed to not even lose 20 pounds, but gain 5 back.
I’m just upset that I let you guys down… you’re all so supportive and I feel like I’ve given up. And now that I want to start my track to healthy eating again, I don’t know where to begin.
Fuck.
So stay tuned for the video. I’ve always wanted to vlog and this is my chance.
I enjoy HIIT waaaaay better then just walking or running. The HIIT I did combined both and it was a lot more exciting and intense. I’ll probably keep doing it because I actually got a runners high from it, which I’ve never had before!
