yesterday, after raising my calorie intake to 1700 for four days because of a plateau. I went down to 1200 instead of 1400 — hopefully that works. If not, I’m going to have to reevaluate what I’m doing because I would still like to lose more weight. 

which is sad because I just hit losing 15 pounds. But, I’ve heard eating more to shock my body will help, so that whats I’m trying. I bumped my calorie intake from 1400 to 1700, and hopefully in four days (I started on friday) I will have shocked my body enough to lose weight. 

Fingers crossed, because I did set that goal of losing another 10ish pounds by the end of May. And I would still like to complete it. 

which is May 31st. It may be a big stretch, but I might be able to do it. I’ll settle for being 25 pounds down, which is A LOT more realistic. But we’ll see. 

All my friends only play soccer, and it’s competitive so I wouldn’t be able to join. And I’m so shy by myself! I guess I’m just going to have to drag my sister out when the weather gets better to throw a ball around or something.

I went to weigh myself today, and I was just thinking I’d be the same weight, or even more actually. Not that I’ve been eating bad, just that I always expect the worse when stepping on the scale. Plus, I hadn’t weighed myself in 5ish days so I could of gained madly and not known.

But, the scale told me I beat my second goal. That I’ve lost a total of 15 pounds so far.

Holy crap, that’s amazing. I never thought I would come this far, or lose weight this fast. I’ve tried to eat healthy in the past and it never worked out… but this time it is. And efewhfwe I’M SO HAPPY I LOST 15 POUNDS IN TOTAL!!!

the chocolate flavour, and made a strawberry and banana smoothie with it. It was SO DELICIOUS. And hopefully it helps with my muscle building because I just came from the gym.
